Our precision planetary gearboxes are characterized by high output, acceleration, and emergency stop torques. A tremendous tilting and torsional rigidity combined with the very low torsional backlash of less than 0.1 arc minutes enable highly accurate positioning. In highly automated production facilities, 24/7 operation is now standard, so it is crucial for the components to have a long service life.
Our gearboxes fully enclosed and the lubricants used achieve life spans of 20,000 hours and more. Due to the high efficiency of the precision planetary gearboxes of more than 90%, the temperature in the gearbox remains constant at a particularly low level. In addition, the precision planetary gearboxes of the PSC series run very quietly.

Type PSC-V/H-B gearboxes fully enclosed come in solid shaft and hollow shaft designs and are lubricated for life. Hollow shafts of up to 89 mm diameter allow data or supply lines to be routed through them. As required, we can also realize combinations with bevel gear preliminary stages. Our planetary gearboxes are used in various segments of industry. You will find our solutions in automation, machine tools, printing and packaging machines, rotary tables, and medical technology. With outside diameters of 155 to 405 mm and gear ratios of 35 to 200, PSC-V/H-B gear units cover a nominal torque range of 400 to 4,500 Nm.
