KUVE: Four-Row Linear Recirculating Ball Bearing and Guideway Assemblies in O-Arrangement
KUVE linear ball bearing and guideway assemblies represent the most extensive and complex range within the profiled rail guides. They are used in dynamic applications where highly carrying capacity and rigidity systems are needed, high loads, in a high running and positioning accuracy and low friction are essential. The guidance systems are preloaded and suitable for long, unlimited strokes.
Depending on the operating conditions, accelerations of up to 150 m/s² and speeds of up to 360 m/min are possible. A guidance system consists of at least one carriage with ball elements, a guide rail and closing made of plastic or brass.
Product Features
KUVE ball recirculating units are designed with full complement and therefore have a high load capacity. They are available in freely selectable preload classes and in various accuracy classes within the size range 15 to 55.
A guidance system consists of at least one carriage with ball elements, a guiding rail and closing plugs made of plastic or brass. The standard scope of delivery also includes a lubrication adaptor and a mounting and transport rail. The ball transfer units are delivered with an initial grease filling as standard.
